Terms of Service

Any meals that are not picked up within the designated pick-up times are not the responsibility of Prepped Manitoulin and will be discarded the following day.

We will notify you via email the day of your pick-up.


Due to the current state of the internet and email, it is not guaranteed that the email will arrive in your inbox and may not arrive at all or be routed to your spam folder.

After you pick up your meals please ensure they are refrigerated within 1 hour of receiving your meals.


Prepped Manitoulin is not responsible for any food spoilage or food borne illnesses that may occur due to improper storage of the meals.


Menu items may change based on ingredient availability and pricing may change at anytime.

Some items may become sold out prior to the order deadline.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime and for any reason.

Refund Policy

We will not refund or make changes to any orders after the cut off times as it is likely we are already preparing the meals.


Money will not be refunded if the food is not to your liking, we do our best to prepare the meals exactly as they are described and shown in the images.


We hold ourselves and our meals to the highest standard and guarantee they will be prepared in such a way. Please choose meals and flavours to your liking.

Refunds may or may not be given at the discretion of Prepped Manitoulin and may not be issued upon every request.

Food Allergy Policy

We do our best to ensure there is no cross contamination while preparing your food.


Please note our facility does handle and store items such as, gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish and other products that may be high risk to a person with allergies.
